Donate Engine v17.6.0

Significant improvements and fixes have been made. Added new Palworld Rcon feature, fixed bugs in the installer and APCu cache, updated search forms in the admin, fixed Steam registration log and more. Also added new tools for Docker and fixed various server bugs.

Made significant changes to administrative functions, including refactoring, adding new classes and features, and bug fixes. MySQL support has been improved, new settings and options for administrators have been added, and bugs in the shop and articles have been fixed.
