Pruchase Issues

Hi there,

I made a purchase of the license recently and once completed with the papal payment, the next page gave me an error.

I dont know if this is something can be resolved, but my transaction is through but I cannot find a place to obtain my new license and software.

This is the first time I am purchasing so any help will be appreciated.
