gifts planner

hello i would like to know how to set the gifts planner to 24/7
i added givemoney %player% 250
what will give a random person $250 in game cash
but the times are not correct

00:00-19:00;20:00-23:59-00:50;

i have it set on interval 15 minutes so i want it working the whole day
how can i set the time so its enabled the whole day?

(also testing ftp when home again)

Not to randomly award players.
Running via the task scheduler.
The award is given to player are on the server the time is in seconds by selecting "Interval".

00:00-19:00;20:00-23:59-00:50;
