ftp access added but still no users found

hey!

i added a ftp access at ftp:mydomain but when i login i see the players
but adding this on the shop will tell me no user excist…
i'm getting frusrated

i enabled the GMP in the php ini..
but still gives this error

ok fixed that to, i had to reload the whole server for it to take effect but this was the error i could not solve

i tryed to do the same when the player is online to send items to the inventory and it gives me the notice
items have been send to inventory! but checking the inventoryand  does not show anything, also tryed to relog many times but nothing

so its a error or items not sending

any help on this?
