shop news only visible when..

hey
when new news has been created the old one stays visible when logged out but the new news,
is only visible when i'm logged in, i tryed clearing browser but same problem.
is it possible to change this?

Check Activ when editing news.

that was weird i keep hitting active but it did not show and for some reason its showing now O_o
