player .yml should be player .dat also server wont show up

i have a little problem getting the players information
also on the cms it says players like HOST.yml
but the players on the minecraft pe server use player HOST.dat
i bought the cms and run a pocketmine server
but the information is not right!
when going to admin panel/server management it says Path to player profile but what path?
also when i add a server it wont show online at all ,

any fixes please?

Go to the admin page shop/admin/?page=management.
Change the server type to Pocket Edition.

i found out it loads the server but the refreshing time takes ages to load ..if 40 players are online and 5 minutes later there is 50 online it will still show 40 online on the web.

and how to get the players in game to load on the web cms?

The list of players is updated in the monitoring via the scheduler.
Go to the admin page shop/admin/?page=cron.

what about loading player inventory on the shop?
it says:

You may not access the server.

Probably outgoing ports are closed for access to the FTP server. Ask your hoster to open outbound connections on the web server to access the FTP server. Or you can use a direct path to the directory on the server /var/pocketmine/players/.

/var/pocketmine/players/ does not work either..also like i mentioned before pocketmine uses .dat for players not .yml

In the current version of Pocketmine servers is only supported YML format profiles.
In the future we will add support DAT format profiles.

thats weird… because pocketmine has always been using .dat for user profiles not .yml
so i dont understand where this has gone wrong?
also a idea to mention this when people think its pocketmine supported but technically its not

thanks but thats Minecraft PE server version v0.8.1 alpha
its not even supported anymore O_O its so old
the latest is Starting Minecraft: PE server version v0.11.0 alpha
and soon v12.0 and above version 10. is .dat for player profiles

i cant seem to locate var/minecraft/players/ where can i find this folder?

i have the minecraft server on my C: drive but how can i make cms shop see my players, a direct link is not working..

Check the error logs in Apache folder.

i still have trouble getting the players showing using direct link

The file is on the disk?
File in lower case?

Correct way of storing profiles in the server settings.
shop/admin/?page=management

i do that and then i go down and choose
Path to player profile and give the correct folder like  and it says that it cannot be found..
